Glacier Calving

"Glacier Calving" is inspired by ever-more-dire news reports and images of glaciers disintegrating as the weather warms. Sharp and potentially dangerous "ice" particles (stained glass) shoot outward toward the viewer in a threatening manner. I wished to portray the stunning beauty, magnificence, and danger posed by planetary structures in the face of human non-response to climate change.
