Tidal impressions - SOLD

Tidal impressions was inspired by walks along the Atlantic coast observing impressions left in the sand by the out-going tide. I captured the sparkle by using the same granite that has been ground down over centuries into the fine sand on our local beaches. In this work I have used stones from the beach, granite and marble on a substrate suitable for hanging outdoors even in harsh New England winters, reminding us that warm summer walks will come again.
